Demote to a Domain & Remove ADDS Roles:-

Step-1) Go to the Server Manager & select "Remove Roles & Features" from manage option.

Step-2) Select "Next" option.

Step-3) Select "Next" option.

Step-4) Uncheck the option of "Active Directory Domain Services" & click on "Remove Features".

Step-5) Select "Demote this Domain Controller" option.

Step-6) Select "Force the removal of this domain controller" option.

Step-7) Select "Proceed with removal" option.

Step-8) Give the password & select "Next" option.

Step-9) Select "Demote" option.

Step-10) After restart the server machine go to the server manager & you will see in local server that your server machine move in workgroup.

Step-11) Again; Select "Remove Roles & Features" from manage option.

Step-12) Uncheck the option of "Active Directory Domain Services" & click on "Remove Features".

Step-13) Select "Next" option.

Step-14) Select "Next" option.

Step-15) Select "Restart the destination server if required" option & click on "Yes"..

Step-16) Select "Remove" option.

Step-17) After restart the server machine "ADDS role" will be remove.
